Quentin Beck/Mysterio has been angered by the success of Tony stark so he and his friends/other employees decided to have a heist at the stark industries building where Quetin worked and they got a LOT of technology, therefore Quentin stopped working at stark industries and they made battle armor and or weapons and they illegally sell and trade stock/items with Adrian Toomes/Vulture. once they heard that Adrian was sent to prison Quentin disguised as an FBI agent and stole all of the Vultures items/weapons that he would sell. When "The Snap" occurred Quentin was safe and still sold items and stole items some of Quentin's men were snapped away also which made business harder. soon Quentin was almost caught selling items and then was on the hunt by the CIA, FBI, and Police so he and the last of his men had to move to Italy to continue business and then eventually stayed for the Snap to be reversed and then for Peter Parker to meet Mysterio.
