Former colleague of Ōgami's mother. However, he is also an older werewolf, leader of a pack and was committing mass slaughter in California to lure out Ōgami. He believes that he is at the top of the food chain, and planned to hunt more people all around the world, with Ōgami serving as a member of his werewolf pack. Fully embracing the beast, he is nothing more than a psychopathic, sadistic and egotistical man who wants Ōgami to suffer.
