Member of a delinquent group. Martino's older brother. Has a huge inferiority complex because of an Erectile Disfunction like his brother. Overall, he seems to be more violent, vulgar, rude, obnoxious and hedonistic than his brother. Later, told that his brother was murdered by Ōgami (Damian was the one who killed Martino.), Gio only hesitates to claim vengeance because he lacks resources. The moment he acquired firearms from Damian, he carries out mass murder at Lunarvale University and tries to destroy Ōgami and the campus.
