A professor and researcher who shares an academic interest in vampires and an enthusiastic academic in search of ultimate 'truths'. He hasn't met Arthur for awhile and when he heard that Arthur had passed away and the current position of Cross Organization is inherited to Arthur's daughter, he pays a visit and offers help to the Cross Organization. Kovacs appears to know more than he lets on, particularly regarding V. There are whispers that he and Arthur may have known something dangerous about V—something even the Organization itself was never made fully aware of. What remains uncertain is what truth he’s truly after—and what he’s willing to sacrifice to find it.
