The youngest of the orphans. First met Ren and became friends ever since the latter saved him. In 2024, Shin now leads a gang together with Ren and Toshi. The group meet a Taiwanese man, Lee, and learn that he is trying to take revenge on the gangsters for hurting his sister, Mai Ling. The orphans decide to team up with him, and a friendship is formed. Timeskip to 9 years later, Shin became a successful crime boss leading a gang of immigrants and wants to promote co-operation and harmony among the different ethnic groups. He is also married with Mai Ling and they had a daughter. However, tensions rise as Lee is now a member of the Taiwanese mafia, leading to a rivalry between the two.
