Topher, from Rhode Island, is the grandson of Celine Giddings, who the public saw as a kind, grandmotherly old lady. However, Celine secretly ran a domestic violence network that helped various abusers escape justice. Topher was a hitman for Celine, but he ran away to Camp Carnage.
