Jefferson Southworth is the director of Central Intelligence, the highest officer of CIA. He is also close friend of David, and Richard (Adrian and Alan's father) he is also serves as father figure to Warwick brothers but not obviously because of his professionalism and presence of "Duty above all". However, he began to worry about Adrian when David gives his resignation letter on him. Jeff strongly refuses to accept Adrian's resignation and scolded David why he let it and instead give the case to someone. David said that it is Adrian's decision and this case is personal to him. They have let no choice but also watch over the case and Adrian's actions.
