Character Description

George "Digger" Harkness, aka Captain Boomerang was a recurring enemy of the Flash. He devised altered boomerangs which could produce astonishing effects, and used them ruthlessly. He became a staple member of the Rogues Gallery, a group of villains composed of the Flash's regular opponents.
