An old enemy of the Turtles, he was the second-in-command of the Foot Clan and the Shredder's right-hand man. Prior to the main events of the series, he was somehow got mutated into a mutant tiger known as Tiger Claw and after the Shredder was defeated by the Turtles, Tiger Claw is now the leader of the New York Foot Clan and swears to avenge his fallen master the Shredder.
