Description of Sarah Wellington (The Victim's Sister/Sister in-law):

Colonel Wellington's elder sibling, a teacher at a girl's college in London. Her subject matter makes her knowledgeable of the poisons suspected in the murders. However her relationship with victims was decent and she had only come to tell them she was moving to America.
