Kang Jun-Ho is the deceased father of Min Joon and Jae-Hwa and also whom the personality Mr. Robot resembles. In flashbacks, Jun-Ho seemed like a kind father to Min Joon as the latter looked up to him and saw him as his only friend he could rely on, especially since Min Joon was being abused by his own mother. However, it's later revealed that Jun-Ho is a pedophilic monster who was obsessed with his son Min Joon and was abusing and raping him. It was so horrible that it resulted in Min Joon developing DID which also caused the birth of Mr. Robot in turn. Jun-Ho died from cancer resulted by the Jinhae-gu power plant leak.
