Gwak Jae-Hwa, CEO of All Safe Cybersecurity, is known for his power and wealth. He is kind and compassionate to his loved ones and employees, especially Kang Min Joon and Ju Sun Hee. Min Joon sees him as a father figure, but Sun Hee feels he doesn't respect her. Jae-Hwa is happily married, but his life takes a turn after the 5/9 hack. His company closes, his husband divorces him, and he suspects Min Joon's involvement. Tragically, Jae-Hwa is murdered at a bar by a homophobic incel who accuses him of being a crisis actor. This devastating loss leaves Min Joon filled with grief and regret, while Sun Hee has moved on and forgotten about him.
