After losing the tenth Mortal Kombat tournament, Shao Khan, the emperor of Outworld has issued a challenge to the warriors of Earthrealm: one more tournament. If Outworld wins, Earthrealm is added to the empire, but if they lose Shao Khan surrenders all rights to Earthrealm forever. Unbeknownst to Earthrealm's champions, Shao Khan is secretly planning to exploit a loophole as to invade even if he loses. Primarily inspired by Mortal Kombat II & Mortal Kombat 3.
