Description of Kuai Liang (Tundra):

Kuai Liang has been a Lin Kuei assassin since his formative years, however, he does not possess his brothers cruel streak... Gifted the codename Tundra, Kuai possesses the ability of Cryokinesis, just like his older brother Bi-Han... Kuai Liang was not chosen to represent the Lin Kuei in the tournament, however, when his brother disappears, he vows to search for the reason for this brothers disappearance...
