Synopsis

Earthrealm has lost the last 9 Mortal Kombat Tournaments and is on the brink of being absorbed into Outworld by the conqueror Shao Kahn... It is up to Raiden to ensure that the Champions of Earthrealm are prepared for the biggest battle of their lives... Meanwhile, an old rivalry is about to be sent into a blazing fury, as the Lin Kuei assassin Bi-Han, codename Sub-Zero, will have yet another showdown with the Shirai Ryu ninja Hanzo Hasashi, now the vengeful wraith Scorpion...

Description of Kano:

The Leader of the Black Dragon mercenaries, Kano is a tough-as-nails SOB... Raised in the Australian Outback, he has built his crew from nothing into a name to be feared... He previously acted as an informant to the Special Forces, just so he could throw them off his scent, but showed his true colours when it mattered most, for which he now sports a mechanical Eye Implant... Kano is here to help no-one, being entered in the tournament to attempt revenge on Sonya for taking his right eye...
