Live Action adaptation of the Japanese homonymous manga. A skilled Japanese surgeon named Kenzo Tenma chases a patient who has just run away, just to witness his murder. A methodical detective blames Dr. Tenma, since he had already suspected this for a 10-year crime that was never resolved. Dr. Tenma must flee to chase the murderer and stop him, and clear his name, before the detective arrests him.
