Ivan Robotnik's most notorious spy. Originally one of the many victims of Robotnik's rise to power, as a child she was taken from the local orphanage and left in prison to await robotsizing, until one day she along with several others attempted an escape, which was led by Freedom Fighters Sonic the Hedgehog. However due to some unforeseen circumstances, she was eventually recaptured by the security robots while everyone else escaped. Feeling hurt and betrayed, Fiona's heart turned hard and twisted and as such, she managed to cut a deal with Robotnik just before she was robotosized. Over the years that followed, she became Robotnik's most loyal followers, acting as an infiltrate and spy on his behalf and relaying the location of her fellow Mobians, all in hopes of finding Sonic and making him pay for abandoning her.
