Synopsis

Set against the backdrop of the Great Depression, "Mockingbird" tells the powerful story of Atticus Finch, a principled lawyer who takes on the challenging case of defending Tom Robinson, a black man falsely accused of raping a white woman in a racially charged Southern town.
