The last film of My Marvel Universe's Phase One: Avengers Assemble! The story is about Loki who returned from death and goes to Earth to get the Tesseract. Nick Fury assemble Earth's Mightiest Heroes to create a team to stop Loki. This team consists of Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Thor and Hawkeye (who is Loki's servant at the beginning). The heroes has their differences and doesn't work as a team, but after Loki kills Coulson they put their diffreneces to avenge him.
