Fan Casting General Thaddeus Ross in MMU/3.: The Incredible Hulk (2010)

"Thunderbolt" Ross is a U.S. army general who was the chief of Project: Rebirth where he wanted to replicate the Super-Soldier serum with scientist Bruce Banner. After something went wrong and Banner trasformed into the Hulk he wanted to capture him. He pursued the Hulk across the world to capture him and make more soldiers like the creature. He has not a good relationship with his daughter, but after Banner defeated the Abomination (another Hulk like monster created by Ross, and making a rampage in Harlem) he made a compromise with Banner. He offered him to be a free man, if he leave his daughter end never return to her.
