The second Cap movie follows Steve getting used to the new modern world which he has to live now. He became an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. alongside Natasha and they found themselves in the center of a mystery about Hydra infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. After it seems that Fury died, Steve, Natasha and Cap's new friend, Sam Wilson are trying to uncover Hydra's plans while they all became fugitives of the state.
