A movie adaptation of the Tony Award winning Best Musical.
The show has received a very big end of controversy for it's portrayal of Vietnam as a desolate wasteland, with prostitutes, pimps, and street rats. Playing the Americans as heroes, and flawless. The casting has been criticized as well, with Jonathan Pryce, a white person playing The Engineer, a Vietnamese man. Since then every Engineer has been an Asian actor.
With this film production, I am adding a character, and would be making song and lyric changes, to make it a more true to the events, and diverse story.read more
