Description of Juleka Couffaine:

Juleka Couffaine[11] is a major character of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. She is a former student in Miss Bustier's class at Collège Françoise Dupont and the younger twin sister of Luka Couffaine. In "Reflekta", after being locked in the bathroom by Sabrina Raincomprix under orders from Chloé Bourgeois to prevent Juleka from participating in the class photo, she was akumatized by Hawk Moth and became Reflekta, a flamboyant supervillain who could transform people into lookalikes of herself.
