Description of Blade (Eric Brooks):

A half-vampire from Soho, London. His mother was bitten by the vampire Deacon Frost while she was giving birth to Eric, resulting in his pseudo-vampiric nature. While he retains many of the traits of a vampire, including enhanced senses, strength and speed and accelerated healing, he is not affected by most vampiric weaknesses.
