Description of Steel Angel (Ruth Rench):
Ruth Rench was a childhood friend of Jakob Tekno and his girlfriend. After finding out Jakob Tekno is Metal Man, She promised to keep it a secret, being given a suit of armor labeled "The Steel Angel" which grants her flight with some mechanical wings, an energy staff, and enhanced strength, fighting alongside Metal Man.
