Synopsis

It has been 10 years since the Big Shell incident and a whole year since the events of Metal Gear Rising: Revegeance. Raiden has come back to New York to attend a memorial for everyone who died during the Big Shell Incident but it turns into a nightmare when a team of mercenaries led by a man seeking revenge for Jetstream Sam's death kidnaps several of the attendees. Can Raiden save them?

Description of Brody Rodrigues:

The brother of Jetstream Sam from Metal Gear: Rising and the main antagonist of the story. He wants to kill Raiden for killing his brother and to that end, he has kidnapped the guests at the memorial service and placed them next to bombs set to go off.
