Synopsis

Special Forces Unit FOXHOUND and a group of renegade terrorists take over a nuclear weapons facility in Alaska. Holding a secret super weapon that can change the world, the government tasks Solid Snake to stop the terrorists at all costs. But Snake discovers much more to this plot than it seems, including a top secret project involving legendary super solider, Big Boss, and a government conspiracy... Description of Dr. Hal Emmerich (Otacon):

Dr. Hal "Otacon" Emmerich is the chief engineer of the Metal Gear REX project. He comes from a long line of people who were unfortunately related to nuclear weapons in some way. When he finds out that Metal Gear is a nuclear weapon itself, he becomes devastated, and wishes to help Snake destroy it. Otacon is in love with Sniper Wolf, but is devastated some more when he finds out she's a killer. Otacon is also a devoted fan of anime.
