Synopsis

Mermaidman and barnicle boy, the legendary superheroes of the seven seas, have retired once again. They had become too old to continue their heroic duties and decided to pass on their legacy to the next generation. Matthew, Mermaidman grandson, who is actually a mermaid. Decide to live up to his grandfather's legacy. Unfortunetly he is not the brightest, luckly barnicle boy's niece, Linda, was also eager to take on the mantle. The new villains were a formidable bunch, consisting of Red Belly, Messy Nessie, Mealstrom, Frost Bite, Mecha-la-don, and Madame Cyclone, their leader. They're planning to take over the world using King Neptune’s stolen trident. Its up to our new hereos to stop them.

Frost Bite is a villainess who is a leopard seal. She is cold and speaks in a monotone voice. She never shows any emotion outside of boredom and irritation. She controls the elements of ice and snow. Don't mess with her.
