Following the defeat of Vortech, Dr. Wily hasn’t been heard from, and peace is thought to be upon Mega Man and his allies. That is until Russian scientist Dr. Cossack sends a message to Dr. Light that he has created eight Robot Masters of his own and has sent them to take over the world to show them his genius.
