A year and a half after the Genesis Wave, the Light Family has been recovering after witnessing both Mobius and Mega City collide after a sudden rewrite by the Anti-Monitor, but, when a new alien threat lands onto Mega Mobius City, it is to Mega Man along with the the remaining Light and Wily Robot Masters to defeat this new common enemy. But, there's something under his sleeve... 16 all new Robot Masters have been activated. Their mission: Send the blue hero to the scrapheap. Plus, who or what is Project: Gamma? Can Mega Man and Dr. Wily learn to settle their differences before Ra Moon lays waste to New Mobius City?
