The young Banks siblings are in need of a new babysitter, that’s when their parents get a telegram from a Ms. Mary Poppins. Poppins says she’ll take care of the kids as if they were her own, and promises to keep them safe. The parents are thrilled at the aspect of Mary taking on the role, but the kids see something that the adults don’t see. Poppins is truly a formerly convicted child murderer named Alissa Marrow, I guess she still has the drive for killing young ones.
