Homo superior represents the next step in human evolution. In the pursuit of peace and acceptance the mutant team known as X-men faces all kinds of threats from misguided mutants, to gods, to anti-mutant bigots and even cosmic beings with the dream that one day mutants and humans could live together in peace.
