Thor has shattered the Tesseract to prevent it from being used by anyone evil. Dr. Doom & Loki plan to build a super-weapon against Galactus, who is coming to consume Earth, and to rule the world. They recruit every villain they can find, breaking them out of the Raft to find the Tesseract shards. Nick Fury calls upon various superheroes including the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Fantastic Four, the Defenders, the X-Men, & others to stop the villains and save the planet. Loki has a secret plan to use Galactus to eat Earth & Asgard.
