Independence Day special (or maybe Presidents Day or Flag Day), since both of Marvel Studios' special presentations so far have been holiday-themed. Under orders from the government organization S.T.A.R.S., U.S. Agent takes on the vigilante group known as the Scourge of the Underworld.
