Green Goblin drugged Captain America into killing Peggy Cater and destroying New York City. In hopes of ensuring that no more people will die, he killed the Goblin. Enraged Captain America disbanded the Avengers and took Shield for himself. So it’s up to Iron Man to save the city and defeat his former friend.
