Primary antagonist of the DLC storyline. Von Strucker assumes control of Hydra following the demise of Red Skull. Cap and Peggy are dispatched to uncover what he has planned. His twin children serve as his second in commands, but he shows little love for them. Strucker's goal is locating the "Satan's Claw" a powerful artifact buried at in the Arctic circle to help solidify his control of HYDRA. After his defeat, Captain America and Captain Carter are buried in the ice and frozen together for nearly 70 years. (It's my game I get to pick the ending)
