Harnessing salvaged surface tech and bio-engineering, Virox created the Tideforged, cybernetic deep-sea sentinels fused with ancient marine DNA and weaponry. Obsessed with maintaining order, he rules Atlantis with fear, propaganda, and a massive surveillance net known as the Coral Veil.
