Kanna is a brilliant Atlantean engineer and insurgent leader who becomes a crucial ally to Namor upon his return from exile. Born into a lower caste of Atlantis, she witnessed firsthand the oppressive regime that rose after Namor's banishment and the surface war of 2016. Disillusioned by the council's corruption and Lord Virox’s tyrannical rule, she joined the Trident Rebellion, a covert resistance movement working to restore Atlantean sovereignty and freedom.
