Gustav Hertz worked in Germany during the 1940's. His arms were one day caught in machinery and we're amputated. He survived the experience and learned to operate day-to-day life using his mouth and feet. After the incident he developed a hatred for all machines. He worked himself to his peak physical level and used his enhanced strength to wreck machinery. He is a known cannibal and worked with the Nazis.
