Fan Casting Vernon Van Dyne in Marvel Chairverse

In Chairverse, Vernon Van Dyne is a wealthy scientist, retired adventurer and higher-up at the Starr Corporation. He is an empathetic and caring fellow though he can be a tad overly critical or overprotective of his daughter, Janet Van Dyne, whom he initially provides a job as an assistant at the Starr Corporation. He is also an old friend of his former university student Hank Pym whom he gives a job as a scientist in order to get him active again after the death of Hank's fiancée, Maria. He has a tendency to give people the benefit of the doubt. Overall, Vernon is a friendly and smart mentor to Hank and a warm and loving father to his daughter, Janet.
