Synopsis

Death row inmate James Earl Cash is supposedly dead after his lethal injection, however a leader of a local snuff film ring decided to get him off the hook. He makes a deal to Cash, the deal is that Cash needs to violently kill local gang and cult members while this man, Lionel Starkweather, films it all for his snuff ring.

Description of James Earl Cash:

Cash was supposed to die in prison for his horrible crimes, but Starkweather got him off the hook with one thing in mind. Cash needs to provide Starkweather with worthily material for his snuff film ring, if he doesn’t Starkweather will kill Cash’s family who he’s captured.
