Description of Vologin:
A Russian diplomat and member of the Comintern. He is the one that will inform Kyo and his men of Stalin’s refusal to help the communists fight the imminent advance of the army. His view on communism is based solely on a political-power basis, and seemingly does not care about its message regarding the working class.
