Deep within the Pama System, an eternal war rages. The Kree, a race defined by their strength, has nearly wiped out the Skrulls, who can mimic nearly any species. The freshly dispatched Lieutenant Car-Ell enters the battlefield under the command of legendary Kree war hero Captain Marvel, but the longer she continues fighting, the blurrier her loyalty to the empire becomes.
