Synopsis

Description of Retsu:

Retsu, whose name means "Furious," is a non-playable character in the Street Fighter series, introduced in the original game as one of the computer-controlled opponents. Prior to the events of the game, he faced excommunication from his temple due to his use of forbidden techniques and aggressive nature. However, a chance encounter with a young Ryu led him to reform his ways, and he now lives as an ascetic martial artist, embodying a newfound sense of discipline and humility.
