Joe, also known as the Superstar, is a non-playable character from the original Street Fighter game. Once the undefeated kickboxing champion of the United States, he fell from grace due to violent outbursts and financial troubles, leading him to become an outlaw on the road. Now reformed, Joe competes in indie wrestling tournaments under the alias "Super Star."
