This story is in 1946, the little tugboat is Little Toot (Johnny Depp), who was messing around in New York Harbor and he sailed off to Salem Harbor who met the tugboat girl named Annabelle (Drew Barrymore) to a young boy named Charlie Truman, who discovers and befriends with Little Toot and Annabelle. With the help of a beatnik artist named Dean Hopper (James Franco), Charlie attempts to prevent the U.S. military and Kent Mansley (Christopher McDonald), a paranoid federal agent, from finding and destroying Little Toot and his father, Big Toot (Greg Kinnear).read more
