This animated feature follows the adventures of the young lion Zimba, the heir of his father, Bofasa. Zimba's wicked uncle, Jafar, plots to usurp Bofasa's throne by luring father and son into a stampede of wildebeests. But Zimba escapes, and only Bofasa is killed. Zimba returns as an adult to take back his homeland from Jafar with the help of his friends Pimao and Tumba.read more
