Alfonso is a generally forward and blunt woman, primarily caring about the benefit and profits that will be brought to her Wing, as shown by her directly questioning Dongrang's use in the past during the Golden Bough's resonance. She shows little care for those that she and the other researchers of K Corp. torture so that they may draw out more tears from the Singularity the group uses, seeing it as a necessary point of bloodthirst for the Wing to remain operating. She shows herself to be further emotionally distant as she shows little care of Dongrang's death, even further using it to save face for the Wing.
