After the events of the movie, Captain Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and his new team receive an SOS from the Gamma Quadrant, Sector 12. They approach a planet inhabited by LGMs (Little Green Men). The LGMs are under siege of a creature and his robot henchmen. This creature recovered and repaired the discarded Zurg armor, making himself emperor of the LGM planet.
