Nemo is an optimistic and somewhat unorthodox businessman. Being mostly comprised of prosthetic parts, he makes up for his lack of human features in colloquial speech and expletives, expressing sarcasm and anger which seems to be hard to calm down from. Although he is very diligent in his work, exchanging patents and uncovering secrets of the City's various singularities, it serves to be his downfall as he signs away the lives of the Cane Office under Pluto's 'Yesterday's Promise'. Despite his dire circumstances, he encourages Bada and Martina to do their best to fulfil the bogus contract and not to think too seriously about it.
